Kia Sales Increase More than 3 Percent, Sonet, Seltos Getting Strong Demand

The company has claimed to have sold more than 9.8 lakh units of passenger vehicles in the country. Seltos has a share of about 50 percent in this. Recently, Sonet crossed the sales of four lakh units in the country. It was launched about four years ago. It has the highest sales in the country. Sale This includes exports as well. Its 3,17,754 units have been sold in the country and 85,814 units have been exported. The company launched the updated Sonet earlier this year. Of the customers who bought the Sonet, 63 percent have chosen its sunroof variants. Apart from this, 63 percent have bought its petrol engine and about 37 percent have bought the model with 1.5 liter diesel engine.

It competes with Maruti Suzuki’s Brezza and Hyundai’s Venue. It is an SUV under four meters. However, the best-selling model for Kia in the country is the Seltos. The design of the DRL has been changed slightly in the updated Sonet. Its headlights and front bumper have also changed. It is available in eight single and two dual-tone colors.
