6 Basic diet rules to reduce weight:
1) Increase intake of green vegetables, salads in meals.
2) Stop eating Carbohydrates and fats.
3) Drink a good amount of water (3-4 liters per day).
4) Reduce consumption of salt and sugar.
5) Do not eat fast food and packaged food.
6) Finish Dinner before 8 PM and no food afterwards till morning.
